WHITSTABLE, A QUAINT FISHING TOWN ON THE NORTH KENT COAST

Whitstable is renowned for its Native Oysters cultivated since Roman times and its local caught fish. With its bustling harbour and yacht club, local shops and restaurants it has become popular with weekend visitors from London. The route of the former railway line to Canterbury, known as The Crab and Winkle Line, is an attractive walk and cycle way to Canterbury.
